Managers of private enterprises are core strength of growing and developing. Performance management can be relatively fair increase incentives for managers. But not high performance is a common phenomenon in Private Enterprise. On the one hand due to the use of performance management people floating on the surface, the other hand caused problems by its own constitution. We analysis Jilin KONDE Food Co., Ltd. of the most important management personnel performance management, discuss on how to improve performance management, keep talent management, and thus enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. It has a strong practical significance.As the object of study, we analysis current human resource management problems of Jilin KONDE Food Co., Ltd. Through theoretical analysis explained the necessity for effective performance management to optimize the performance management system and the company put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The main conclusions are as follows: Jilin KONDE Food Co., Ltd. of existing performance management system in the presence of the main problems are lack of effective feedback mechanism, human factors, assessment over a single body, corporate culture is not propaganda and incentive system is not perfect. The main causes of the problems in the performance management are without taking into account local cultural differences, HR configuration low and lacking of long-term human resource development plan. From the performance management process optimization, the main optimization, index optimization three aspects of performance management Jilin KONDE Food Co., Ltd. to optimize. From the corporate culture, management system, supported platforms and management training proposed performance management optimization.
