A reasonable and effective performance evaluation system of human resources is the key to the survival and development of the organization.The improvement of human resources management requires not only high-quality management personnel,but also a performance evaluation system with integrity,measurability,controllability and relevance.The assessment of administrative staff in enterprises has always been a difficulty in human resources performance assessment,especially in commercial banks.Different from other positions such as marketing,evaluation schemes can be constructed step by step by fully studying enterprise strategic plans and annual business plans.The connection between administrative departments and enterprise strategic goals and annual business plans is not intuitive,and the nature of work and responsibilities of different departments vary greatly,making it difficult to adopt unified standards for evaluation and evaluation.Based on the review of the performance appraisal theory of commercial banks,this paper adopts a combination of literature research and case study.By consulting the system of performance appraisal of administrative staff of T Bank Suzhou Branch,collecting assessment results,and using interview method to find out the current T Bank.The main problems in the performance appraisal of the administrative staff of Suzhou Branch.Guided by the modern performance appraisal theory,the performance appraisal of T-Bank Suzhou Branch executives is optimized from the aspects of clear evaluation indicators,diversified evaluation dimensions,optimized feedback mechanism,and enhanced application of assessment results.And innovatively proposed the branch contact and professional AB post concept,aiming at stimulating the potential and enthusiasm of employees by optimizing the performance appraisal system of the executive staff,and cultivating high-quality talents of "cultural identity,skill clearance,professional competence and quality".The continuous improvement of employees'production efficiency will promote the overall development of T Bank Suzhou Branch,and also provide reference for the performance appraisal of other commercial bank executives.
