As China is becoming more and more powerful, she encourages enterprises to be globalization. During this period, we are facing a lot of changes as well as appotunities with the severe international competitions. Liaodo company was founded in Shenzhen in2007, where is regarded as the window of the reform, dealing with chemical products import and export business. Yet how to be stronger and larger is the first issue to be dealt with in the company with the increasing sophisticated international economic situations. It has been the key way out, i.e. Improvement Study of Administrative Staff Performance Assessment in Liaodo Company. Although Liaodo Company has formed a set of unique management means and a set of Performance Assessment method, it still has certain problems in the new environment. These problems will greatly limit the development of the company, so improvement has to be made at once. Only in this way can the ways be made scientific on the method, means, and ways of performance assessment; can the management be made humanization and specialization; can the work be made standarlization and normalization.Understand such background, the paper has illustrate the result and the study after the relevant theory carding as well as the combing the actual condition. Firstly, the method on administrative stalff assessment being used, the problems faced, and the analysis on the reasons are being introduced; secondly, based on the former analysis, the reformed plan has been designed i.e. the principles and and aims on the improvement, indicators, and ways of performance assessment; thirdly, supporting measures are being carried out to make it more smoothly i.e. training, reforms on relevant rules and the attention from the big boss; at last, based on the conclusion, some problems and shortcoming of the paper as well as the outlook for the future have also been pointed out to search for better solutions to improve the performance and the whole strength of enterprises.After the improvement study of administrative staff performance assessment, more efficient, scientific and normalized performance assessment can be used in practice. It also can make a reference the Liaodo Compay the kind to improve their strength and economic benefit, so that Liaodo Company the kind can better go with the international standards.
