Since the adoption of reform and opening up policy,the competition between enterprises has gradually developed from the product competition to competition among the core competitiveness of enterprises as the socialist market economic system matures.China's state-owned enterprises have changed greatly.When faced with new competitiveness,it is managers' responsibilities to decide how to utilize the existing advantages to improve its core competitiveness,how to compete in the fierce market development and survive,set standardized management awareness,and to create a higher level of scientific management.In this case,"performance management" has become the main discussion and issue among business managers.In specific,enterprises are now adopting performance management to enhance their own business performance,create a good workforce,and shape the core competitiveness of enterprises to achieve their ultimate goals.In view of the problems existing in the performance management and performance appraisal of the state-owned enterprises in our country,the thesis takes the design of the performance appraisal system of the administrative personnel in XZ state-owned holding company as the main research goal.Through research and analysis of the relevant theoretical methods of performance appraisal and in combination with theory and practice,the thsis systematically analyzes the existing performance evaluation of XZ state holding company executives,points out the existing problems in performance evaluation of the administrative personnel of XZ state-owned holding companies,use of inductive analysis of method,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
