With the opening of China's pharmaceutical market,the industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce.As the backbone of an enterprise,the establishment of a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal program for administrative personnel is an important guarantee to improve the efficiency of employees and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Based on the specific example of K Pharmaceutical Group,with the fundamental purpose of improving and improving the performance of administrative personnel and the basic theory of performance appraisal as guidance,this paper studies the current performance appraisal scheme and implementation of administrative personnel in the enterprise,and finds that the current performance appraisal scheme and its implementation process are out of line with the group's strategic objectives.The problems of unreasonable evaluation index setting,lack of feedback and communication,unreasonable application of performance evaluation results,etc.Through the analysis,the causes of these problems are found,including the backward management concept of group managers,unclear performance appraisal objectives,inappropriate selection of assessment methods,lack of effective training mechanism,and so on.On this basis,combined with the business characteristics and workflow of K Pharmaceutical Group's administrative personnel,using expectation theory and goal setting theory,the current performance appraisal scheme has been modified and improved,including improving the connection with the group objectives,maximizing the personal value of employees,improving the performance appraisal system,adjusting the performance appraisal cycle of administrative personnel,and improving the appraisal.Indicators,introducing 360 degree evaluation method,increasing performance evaluation feedback and interviews,optimize the application of assessment results.It is hoped that the results of this study can optimize the performance appraisal system of K Pharmaceutical Group,and also provide useful reference for the performance appraisal work of administrative staff of similar enterprises.
