In recent years,with the acceleration of globalization and the rapid development of the enterprise groups' cross-regional business strategy,more and more firms started implementing the model of financial sharing.The advantage of this model is acknowledged by major domestic business organizations,and many more companies are gradually aware of the importance of this financial sharing model.Company F is a well-known domestic organization.Along with the rapid company expansion and the growth of telecommunication business,Telecommunication Company F progressively built infrastructure for the financial sharing service.The company gained respectable results after they started the service including: lower labor costs,standardization of financial process,easier communication among employees,and information sharing.However,there were also problems at Company F's operation level.The financial sharing service can only be improved by putting into practice and the company's primary mission is to figure out how to effectively promote this service and fulfill the financial needs of the company.In this paper,I'll use Company F as the object of study because of its relatively successful and the lessons we can learn from its implementation of financial sharing service is profound.This paper will first start with this company's background information of the financial sharing service,its present situation,as well as the performance by combining relative theories and existing research results.From there,we will be able to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the problems and potentials risks during the development of its financial sharing service.Based on the analysis,there are many flaws and problems in this company F's financial process,information technology system,workforce management and service.All of these problems are needed to be solved,and this will be the main focus of this research paper.The author began with the root problem and then combined the facts of company development with some optimal plans for the current problems.In order to propose a solution and put it into practice successfully,the effectiveness of execution is a key factor.Also,the author proposed a protective plan and predicted the results of the optimal plans.Lastly,through the discussion in this paper,the author made conclusion and outlooks.This paper hopes to perfect the financial sharing service of Company F by conducting the research and solving the current operational problems.At the same time,the author hopes that this paper will be a good reference and other companies can draw the lessons from Company F's financial sharing service implementation.
