Research On Finance Shared Services Center System Of Anhui Communications Services Company Ltd

In recent years,with the development of economic globalization and changes of information technology,more and more large scale corporations have come into being.The traditional mode of financial management has no longer suited to the theoretical concepts and practical functions.Therefore,many large foreign corporations started to regenerate the management thought and re-engineer the business process by using information technology.By means of setting up Finance Shared Service Center,they centralized and standardize the financial management.So,the problem that traditional finance construction used to be redundant and inefficient has been solved,the enterprise value has been increased.With the continuous development of economic cooperation between China and foreign countries.Chinese enterprises have found the disadvantages of traditional management mode in competition.Finance Shared Service mode,as a new exotic pattern,has been prevailing in China.For the characteristic and position of our economic development,Financial Shared Service also has its uniqueness during the implementation process.Therefore,how to use this system properly in line with its own conditions,has become a realistic research topic.This paper studies the use of Financial Shared Service in telecommunication enterprises on the basis of its advanced theory at home and abroad,analyzes the problems and reasons which are existing in usage according to the cases,elaborates the principles to be followed and the process design in detail,presents suggestions on improving the application of sharing mode.At last,this paper provides guideness for the enterprises where Financial Shared Service Center are under way or in preparation.
