In the face of banking background financial reform deepening,financial disintermediation,commercial banks want to steady and sustainable healthy development,cannot do without a strong innovation ability,comprehensive and high quality talents.And now the commercial bank 85,90 employees is the main part of the people educated,active thinking,strong innovation,but also personality,frustration is weak,lack of ability to endure hardship,team spirit of dedication is not strong,it is difficult to integrate into the enterprise culture of the team,cause the employee turnover rate is high,the development of enterprises in the lack of driving force.Therefore,how to establish and improve the new employee training system of commercial banks,the formation of a good new employee orientation mechanism,let new employees quickly into the enterprise culture,to achieve rapid induction,is an important topic of modern commercial banks.This paper selects the RF bank as a sample,the RF bank in recent years in the region of Zhejiang in a rapid development of the rural commercial bank,as a growth of rural commercial banks,training and development of employees is the core of human resource management,especially the 85,90 after the training of new employees is imminent.In recent years,the bank's new staff training system has been optimized and promoted,but it still can not meet the needs of business and talent echelon construction.Through the study of the existing new employee training system of the bank,found the following problems: first,the training system is not perfect,the training is always what we lack;second,the new staff with the post practice process,teaching master choose no definite standard,evaluation of tracking mechanism is not clear;third,cultural introduction in the process of training is not enough,leading to a new employee's work enthusiasm is not high,the staff turnover rate increased greatly;fourthly,the operating mechanism of the training process is not innovation,can not mobilize the internal driving force of new employees.To this end,this paper makes a deep research on the new employee training system of RF Bank: the first from the new employees meet the needs of its own development and the development of the enterprise strategic target unified angle to determine the training needs,from the "second period learning culture and adapt to long skill,development period into performance design training system.Third from the reaction layer,learning layer,behavior and result in four aspects to carry out effective assessment,effectively protect the fourth from hardware and software two dimensions demonstration training.This paper aims to in-depth study of the new employee training system of FR bank,to be perfect and the promotion of the role of human resources management system and talent echelon construction of RF bank,and to the construction of new employee training system of agricultural firms bring certain enlightenment.
