| Faced with the changing economic and financial situation,human resource quality is the key factor of the sustainable development of HD Bank,and the essential way to improve is staff training.But from the present situation,due to various reasons,compared with state-owned banks,commercial banks have more aspects to promote,like imperfect training system.Based on domestic and foreign articles,this paper takes HD bank as the research object,to study Staff Training management,the basic situation of that has be analysed from training agency,human resource,training content and training forms.HD Bank exists a series of problems,like imperfect training system,monotonous forms,poor content.Combined with the development strategy of HD Bank,according to the questions,the paper proposes some specific suggestions and measures to HD Bank Staff Training.It’s believed that scientific and systematic training system shall be established perfectly,as also a set of supporting system of evaluation,administration,assessment and incentives.And it calls for developing scientific training method and content,in order to meet the needs of HD bank talent training and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. |
