At the age of knowledge economy,companies with high-quality human resources own the most important competitive abilities.As an important way of human resource development,staff training is the foundation for the enterprises to achieve strategic goals,which affects the company's performance,core competencies,brand strategy,market share and many other aspects.Therefore,improving the scientific training system is an important guarantee of the access to high-quality human resources and sustainable development for the company.Today,fine chemical is the most dynamic "sunrise industry" in the chemical industry.To get the survival and development space,companies must continue enhancing the core competitiveness which requires a lot of fine chemicals business talents as a powerful guarantee for the development of enterprises.However,enterprises of fine chemical industry at this stage generally have problems like high-quality talents shortage,poor source of talents,the brain drain,not high level of overall quality of employees.Building efficient staff training system and improving the effectiveness of staff training is an urgent object to study for the fine chemicals business.In this paper,we have taken LZC chemical company's employee training system status as the starting point.Based on the analysis of its employee training system,we have found corresponding reasons for the problems,and combined with domestic and foreign classical and cutting-edge training theory,setup the optimization and implementation plans for the LZC chemical company's employee training system,and proposed the safeguards for the optimization of the staff training system.First,with methods of data analysis,field research,employees seminars and other ways,we have combined with the actual situation of the company's analysis,and revealed a few problems of the current training system:training system needs to be improved;analysis of training needs is not targeted enough;training plans lack objectives and strategic thinking;training contents is monotonous;training instructor team is full of chaos;training evaluation is mere formality.Second,according to a series of problems of the company,we have followed the company's staff training system optimization principles:the strategic principles,the dynamic principle,the principle of proportionality,the principle of demand,the principle of full participation and career development principles.We setup optimization and implementation plans for the company's employee training system,and divide it into needs analysis of staff training,development and optimization of training program,identification and updating of staff training programs,staff training instructor system construction and the improvement of the staff training evaluation system.Finally,we have established the safeguards to make sure that LZC chemical company employee training programs carry out smoothly,which mainly contains institutional guarantee;training environment and facilities and equipment protection;training file creation;training evaluation system feedback and improvement.
