With the continuous development of our country's economy,between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce especially in the financial sector.In order to develop and improve the own benefit,the bank has expanded its talent team.The competition between enterprises is ultimately the talent competition,Therefore,it is important not only to introduce recruitment talents,but also to train and develop employees.The training of the employees is an increasingly important role for the business to adapt to the environment and to increase the overall growth of the enterprise.The new employees are complementary resources of the company,which is an important asset in the company's strategic implementation.A new employee who becomes a human capital which meets the requirements of the enterprise must be trained.This paper analyzes the new employee training situation of ZGNY bank and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.At present,the level of new employees training in ZGNY bank showed a certain increase,but there is still a great shortage.For example,research on the demand of new employee training is insufficient and it is not related to the employee's career development;the design of staff training course is deviated from theory and practice;The training cost for new employees has to be increased and only consider short-term demand.The reason for the training system of ZGNY bank new employee training system is the following aspects: The training effect evaluation mechanism is not perfect;It is difficult to evaluate the feedback;The training mechanism is not perfect.In view of that new employee train program of other enterprises,this article put forward improvement Suggestions for the problems existing in the train of ZGNY bank new employee.The new employee training of the bank is to make sure that the new employees understand the basic background of the bank,the business culture,the job that the new employees are going to be doing。Job responsibilities,standards,processes are advantageous for the new employees clearing specification,work attitude,enterprise values and the employee behavior model,evaluation mechanism and the career development,to make new employees as soon as possible can be used for the enterprise human resources.In general,it is believed that the optimization of new employee training should be followed by a few principles: the strategic principle of the enterprise;the benefit of the enterprise and the employee's professional career;The principle of combining theory with practice;Principle of cost control.Under these guiding principles,the improvement suggestions for new employee training programs put forward from the following perspectives,aiming at the different positions that new employees are going to be engaged in.First,optimize the training principle and improve the training concept of new employees.Second,to improve the training course design system,change and improve the training process for the needs of Banks and new employees.Third,develop new staff training methods and means to effectively utilize existing training resources and facilities.Fourth,improve the training assessment mechanism,feedback mechanism,effect evaluation mechanism,and establish a flexible new staff training assessment system.Fifth,implement new employee mentoring training,combine short-term training with long-term training,and establish long-term training program.After optimization of training program,the improvement effect of employee training is pre-evaluated.Finally,based on the actual situation of ZGNY bank,this paper puts forward some Suggestions for the implementation of the new employee training program from four aspects.The safeguard measures mainly include: ideological guarantee,organization guarantee,technical guarantee and financial security.On the basis of summarizing the previous researches,this paper takes the relevant concepts of enterprise training as the starting point.first,reviews the relevant concepts of training.Then analyzes and summarizes the overall situation,organizational structure,human resource situation,new employee orientation training and existing problems of ZGNY bank by means of literature analysis,interview and statistical analysis,and then applies relevant training theories,adopts the theory and practice to combine theory and practice,by identifying training needs,developing training plans and implementing training programs,evaluating and optimizing the training effect.Finally improving the implementation and implementation of the training program,the corresponding guarantee measures are put forward.
