With the economic globalization and the intensification of the integration process,the major asset management companies usher in tremendous opportunities for development,while the world's major financial companies are also fierce market competition.In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,all major enterprises put forward higher requirements on the development and training of human resources.The establishment and improvement of the training system of the Company are also gradually included in the important contents of the strategic development of the Company.With the improvement of the degree of training specialization,more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to training.Qingdao MT company is a company with more than 120 people,just over seven years of age set a trader,risk control,trading strategy,technology research and development as one of the consulting services company.With the company's rapid development and strategic development needs,the company's existing training and human resources,the face of rapid changes in the financial markets can no longer effectively meet the needs of business development.How to effectively carry out the development of human resources,improve the overall quality of employees and improve the overall performance of employees and enterprises has become a key issue that MT Company needs to solve urgently.In view of this,how to design a training system that matches the characteristics of MT Company is the core issue of this paper.This article starts with the current situation of employee training in MT Company,and based on the related theories of staff training connotation,conducts a systematic investigation and analysis of the current status of the company training by means of questionnaire,interview and data statistics,and finds that there exists training management Lack of scientific concept,imperfect training system,lack of training management support system,lack of training effect transformation mechanism and lack of management implementation process.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the overall concept of training system,and from the aspects of training organization design and training Process design,training course design and training method design four aspects of the design of the MT company's overall training system.Thus,the training system designed in this paper is based on the analysis of the status quo of MT Human Resources,based on the actual situation of the company,operational.In addition,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the training system,this paper presents specific safeguards,which have been built from the aspects of creating a good training environment,teacher protection,system guarantee and capital guarantee to promote the smooth implementation of the MT company training system,To promote the appreciation of MT's human resources and further enhance the competitiveness of MT Company.Through this research on the training system,MT company can take effective measures to improve its training system.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth development of the training system,this paper also proposes corresponding safeguard measures to ensure the smooth completion of the MT company training system.Improve and ultimately improve the utilization of human resources.
