From the perspective of power supply enterprises,the paper conducts detailed research on general thought,targets,priorities andrequirements in team construction in the new system of “Three Intensives And Five Majors”.Guided by the concept of lean management and adjusting measures to local conditions,lead teams to adjust ideas,nurture the sense of lean productions,comprehensively arrange team construction,check for management weaknesses,adopt modern means of management,implement improvement actions,constantly innovate management mode of team construction,as well as enhance work quality and efficiency.Moreover,improve overall level of team construction,so as to consolidate the basis for achieving “Two First-Rates” of the company.Main contents are as follows:1.Regard Jiangsu Electric Power Company and its affiliated teams as pilot objects.Study the meanings,targets and development of lean construction.2.Study and formulate Implementation plans and methods for lean management of power supply companies.3.Conduct pilot work on lean managements.Form and popularize related experiences.The study is conducted in the context where State Grid Corporation of China advancing the new system of “Three Intensives And Five Majors”.Key of research is that based on corporate new development trend,through different types of teams,implement pilots of lean management for basis and safety of team basic construction,skill construction,innovative construction,democratic construction,ideological construction,cultural construction and leadership constructions.Propose thoughts,ways and methods for lean construction.Firstly,based on fully investigating and surveying status of team constructions,analyze current new trends and requirements of team construction,so as to introduce lean concept and identify value flows in team construction.Secondly,initially set up the system of lean construction,establish the systematic frame,illustrate the relationship between lean management and standard construction,and describes approaches and targets for converting standard construction to lead management.Thirdly,according to eight aspects in ?Implementation Suggestions On Enhancing Team Construction?issued by State Grid Corporation of China,initially set up team process and frame system,as well as new mode of process control management.Fourthly teams can skillfully use lean management tools such as issue tree and value screen maps to analyze team's different professional and management tasks in order to begin lead improvement and lay the basis for self-management of teams.Lastly,initially propose and related measures for promoting lead management of teams.
