Since the reform and opening up, China’s electric power industry has developed very quickly. Electric power installed capacity increased, power technology continues to develop to high, fine, sharp direction and electric power system was also gradually develop. However, behind the rapid development of power industry has many hidden contradictions, Power supervision was not in place and the low level of management results in low production efficiency and Common waste, safety measures were not implemented, responsibility for the accident has a rising trend. This is a serious challenge to the production and management of electric power enterprises.As basic elements of electric power enterprises, the team is the direct carrier of production, is an important part of production operation and management, Its management effectiveness is directly related to the healthy development of the enterprise and enterprise’s fate. At the same time, the team is also the bond which connected with the functional departments of the company and the executive department, Decision-making and strategic deployment, must rely on the team to achieve, Can be considered that team operation is the miniature embodiment of enterprises operation.This paper takes the power supply company as the object of study, the team management based on lean production, through the study of lean production to use in the power supply company and how to solve the team-unit problems, put forward many countermeasures like standard construction, condition based maintenance, and so on, In order to improve the efficiency and quality, reduce operating costs, and wasting, So as to consolidate the foundation of the power supply company, early realization of power supply company" a strong three excellent" business goals.Countermeasure is mainly embodied in the form of team management scheme. The scheme provides steps for the construction of standardization and related requirements, analysis of the feasibility and practicality of the application by the standard of maintenance and the management process. Condition based maintenance provides a new mode of production for the team, breaking the previous regular maintenance and maintenance planning model, can greatly save manpower and material resources. Project management provides a means of monitoring for the team, to create a closed-loop control chain, effectively correct the deviation in the execution. Quality management team, encourage the full participation, encourage innovation, give full play to the initiative of team members, to improve the quality of production and the technology, ensure the power supply reliability and stability.6S management coordination of various factors of production site, to ensure that the field work in order, advance pre-control and prevention of dangerous sourceThis paper mainly includes mainly three parts, the first part discusses the origin of lean production, the development process and the related theory, the second part mainly focus on the analysis of the existing problems in team-unit by the questionnaire survey, field visits, and interviews, the third part mainly using the lean production theory establish team management scheme, enable the team of business process more reasonable, production management is becoming more and more perfect. This paper is based on the long-term production practice in State grid, in addition to the entity method also uses PMS production management system as the auxiliary support lean production. Construction of team and group plans to close to reality, emphasizing practicality and maneuverability, can provide reference for the electric power supply crew or other industries ltd.
