With the continuous development of China's economy and the gradual improvement of people's living standards,the society's demand for electricity continues to increase.Local governments continue to increase investment in power grid infrastructure construction,thereby promoting the rapid expansion of China's power industry,and the development of power supply enterprises has entered a period of vigorous development.However,field research found that many domestic power supply companies have backward management concepts,inadequate management measures,and unregulated management strategies.This has led to unsatisfactory efficiency in the management of team construction in power supply companies.Serious waste,poor maintenance of machinery and equipment,chaotic material management,and low customer satisfaction rate restrict the rapid development of enterprises.As the lowest-level management organization within an enterprise,teams and teams are the starting point for enterprises to carry out various tasks smoothly.The quality of team construction can directly reflect the level of enterprise management.In this context,many power supply companies think about how to optimize the team management strategy to enhance the company's value creation capabilities,improve the market's core competitiveness,and seize the market's leading position.After 7S lean management was introduced into China from Japan,it was widely used by power supply companies in team management.The 7S lean management method is easy to operate and has obvious effects.It is an important tool for improving the on-site working environment of the enterprise,changing the working face of team members and improving the efficiency of team work.However,after several years of practice,many enterprise managements,due to the fact that7 S lean management is still on the surface,lack the effective use of 7S lean management concepts and methods in conjunction with the actual situation of power supply companies,resulting in widespread ineffective presence.ZQ Power Supply Bureau began to promote and implement the 7S lean management project in 2018,and actively carried out the 7S management labor competition.After two years of exploration and practice,a batch of results with promotion value were formed.The execution performance of 7S lean management work is remarkable.However,there is also the phenomenon that the implementation of 7S lean management measures is not in place and is not standardized,resulting in the actual effectiveness of 7S lean management has not yet been fully realized.Based on this,the article focuses on the question of "how to strengthen and improve the 7S lean management effect of power supply enterprise teams".First,on the basis of collecting and sorting out the domestic and foreign data on the standardized management of power supply companies and teams,a literature review of 7S management and lean management is formed;second,using questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis methods,a detailed analysis of the current management status and existing problems of the ZQ Power Supply Bureau team and management Then,taking the7 S lean management project of the ZQ power supply bureau team as the research object,based on the overview of the 7S lean management project of the ZQ power supply bureau team,combined with the 7S theory and lean theory,the 7S lean management implementation framework of the project was constructed.The 7S lean management project of the ZQ power supply bureau team was analyzed in 7 dimensions including rectification,cleaning,cleaning,literacy,safety,and economy,and the implementation effects and deficiencies were summarized.Finally,in response to the above deficiencies,a perfect ZQ power bureau team was proposed.Five optimization suggestions for 7S lean management.This study can provide a certain reference for the standardized management of the ZQ power supply bureau team,which is helpful to improve its team management level,and also has certain reference significance for the application of the 7S lean management strategy of other power supply companies in China.
