With Chinese economic and the transformation of industrial improve rapidly,the demand of enterprise resource for electricity continues to increase.In recent years,the enterprises of Chinese power supply in terms of technology and equipment has gradually caught up with developed countries,but there are still many shortcomings in scientific management.The management of power supply enterprises in China mostly stays in the traditional management model,and we don't have a complete set of standardized management system.The team is the basis of the power supply management,and the level of team management directly determines the quality and efficiency of power supply,it also determines the survival and development of enterprises.At first,the evaluation index system of power supply enterprise team management is designed and set up,and then the weight of each index in the evaluation system is defined and calculated.Finally,the method and steps of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive method are applied to evaluate the power supply enterprise team effectively.The result shows that the evaluation system established in this paper is practical and practicable.There are 28 specific indicators in the evaluation index system,including 18 second-class indicators,10 third-class indicators,which are divided into four groups: basic management,team safety management,daily work management and team culture management.Each indicator is given a definition,a detailed introduction and scoring methods.The weight of each index in the index system is obtained according to the judgment matrix and weight vector W of each index,the consistency test is also carried out.According to the result of weighting,the fuzzy evaluation model is constructed and the evaluation results of a power supply bureau management team are evaluated comprehensively through the established evaluation model.The evaluation results show that the team has good performance in management but low evaluation of some indicators,these indicators should be focused on improvement.This paper provides a scientific and effective way to improve the scientific management level of power supply enterprises in our country,which provides a new way for the quantitative assessment of grass-roots management of power supply enterprises in our country.
