Study On Lean Contract Management Of Langfang Power Supply Company

On basis of analyzing status and problems in contract management, this thesis sets up a lean management model for contract management in Langfang Power Supply Company with related theories. Through construction of organization system, information system and regulation system of contract management, Langfang Power Supply Company improved its contract management by building a lean management system. Combing strict procedure and regulation with flexible organization and culture, the system improved contract management by optimizing management resource and all operation steps, realizing real-time information of contract management and speeding up information process. Meanwhile, the new system introduces more standardized contract management and task flow as well as more rational application of information and data.
