With the integration of the global economy, rapid growth of the global information products and consumer electronics products in recent years, to reduce the company's overall operating costs, more and more international companies to establish their manufacturing base in China. In particular, for the power supply company D enterprises, East China's computer industry clusters provide a good opportunity for development, but the power supply products as components, in today's increasingly competitive computer industry and electronics industry, the situation is getting smaller and smaller profit margins, traditional production management system have failed to meet the ever-changing needs of the production, lower manufacturing costs and the pressure from low-cost, the need for re-manufacturing system to meet the competing demands improvement.Based on the existing D company power supply products management system as a study object, by analyzing basic production processes of the power supply products, production lines structure, manufacturing process and production management status, focus on research the mode of production, efficiency, quality, human resource, to explore existing problems in the management of production, then using Lean production theory as a guide, with the application of statistical analysis, Kanban management, motion analysis and statistical process control (SPC), Mistake Proofing method, production system of 72W power supply products has been systemic studied and analyzed. For Example, in production line layout, compare the push system with JIT pull production system, In view of the high components and inventory status, the implementation of Kanban management. Lean motion analysis through improvements in the production process to eliminate the wasteful processes of moves to enhance operational efficiency. With the quality management philosophy theory of Lean Production prevention beforehand, implement SPC in ultrasonic welding process, while applying the Mistake Proofing unit installations, to ensure product quality. In allusion to demission and Lean production requirements, set up more versatile and lean staff reorganization, establish a more flexible manpower, improving efficiency.
