The development of social economy, promote the industrial economic growth, promoted the rapid development of Chinese electric power industry.However, because of historical reasons, as well as the characteristics of the industry, resulting in China’s power industry is at an important juncture a reform.Power supply company in which is facing great challenges and opportunities. The traditional production concept has restricted the further development of enterprises.Complex work flow, backward production management mode, a scene of chaos and directly influence the production quality and safety, power supply companies urgently need to adopt a new production management concept, to solve these problems.Thus, the author draws the lean production mode, which can help the enterprises to optimize process based on the allocation of resources, reasonable, reduce friction, and improve the overall efficiency, and can improve the staffs working enthusiasm and morale, and expect it can be improve the ideal choice for production management level of electric power company.This paper mainly launches the research from the following five parts:The first part, the author mainly on the research background and purpose, the research ideas and framework of the thesis, the key problems to be solved are summarized.The second part, the author use knowledge, using the method of literature, are described and summarized the related theory research. First, production and operations management is given; secondly, the research on operation and management of production is summarized; thirdly, a simple summary of role of production and management in modern enterprises; fourth, expounds and summarizes the basic theory of lean production.The third part, first, the basic situation of Changzhou power supply company are described; secondly, summarizes the actuality of Changzhou power supply company, the Department of production technology and production scheduling department and the existing problems, mainly adopts interview method, empirical research method, observation method, case analysis method to study.The fourth part, based on the lean thinking, the author take the Changzhou power company control center as the experimental field, study in the concrete production site to create core value for enterprises in the implementation of advanced production mode this is feasible, and further study the specific implementation measures, including the following five aspects:the concept of culture, improve the logistics system, production organization optimization, optimization of production process, production site management optimization.The fifth part, introducing the implement of Lean production in Changzhou power supply company and show the effect.
