With the deepening of the reform of the power system,the introduction of competition mechanism,the implementation of market open access,the power supply enterprise is facing new problems and challenges in operation and management.In order to get an invincible position,the power supply enterprise must adapt to the trend,and constantly adjust strategies of business and development.As the most basic organizational units,first-line marketing team is the executor of the power supply enterprise management and service activities.It can be said that level of management of the first-line marketing team directly affects the operating efficiency,enterprise image,style construction and so on.To build a scientific,reasonable,feasible and practical performance management system has important practical value and practical significance.This paper analyzes the present situation of the existing performance management system of the first-line marketing team of Lanshi Power Supply Company,and then uses the research methods such as literature research method,interview method and case analysis method to comprehensivily study the existing performance management system.First of all,it introduces the basic situation of Lanshi Power Supply Company and the first-line marketing team,analyzes the status quo of the performance management system,and finds that there are many problems,including the deviation of the managers and front-line employees' understanding,and the lack of reasonable performance indicators and not comprehensive,performance evaluation is not objective,performance feedback interview is not in place,performance evaluation results are too single,and so on.Then,this paper analyzes the existing problems one by one,lay the foundation for the later optimization design.Finally,based on the development of the company and the personal development of the staffs,in order to improve the practicality and operability of the performance management system,adhere to the theory with practice,the first-line marketing team work carried out in-depth analysis,from the design of "Fine performance scoring system" performance management model,to build a refined performance scoring standard library,the establishment of performance organization system,optimize the assessment process,the implementation of optimization model other key links,optimize the application of assessment results system,build implement and improvement mechanism of first-line marketing team performance management,put forward a more complete first-line marketing team performance management system optimization design.The new first-line marketing team performance management system has strong scientificity and practicability,can provide a useful reference for similar enterprises.The process of performance management system optimization is universal,can provide guidance and reference for the improvement of performance management system in other industries.
