In recent years,with the rapid development of the knowledge economy,the arrival of Internet plus era,enterprises in the development process of human resource management has put forward higher requirements.Enterprise human resource management is bound to face a daunting challenge,in order to better adapt to the new form,many enterprises continue to strengthen human resources management,adjustment,seeking change,in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.With the unceasing development of enterprises,the expansion of the scale,the number of employees in various departments,increase,product diversification and so on,the direct consequences for the enterprise human resources department is produced,in the human resources management work of docking is not timely,not familiar with the company's business,unable to meet the diverse needs of various departments and personnel phenomenon.How to solve these problems has become a hot issue for the managers and experts.HR business partner(HRBP)came into being at this time,in the development of HRBP and improve the process,his two bro thers appeared,namely the human resources expert center(HRCOE),human resource sharing service center(HRSCC),together with the HRBP center,formed a complete system model,commonly known as "the three carriages" or "three pillars",which is the HRBP model establishment.HRBP has emerged as a model for research and imitation of business,academics and human resource practitioners.On the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature and enterprise practice,this paper studies the HRBP theory which is more popular.I found that,although many enterprises also refer to this model,and set up the corresponding functions,but very few companies can be handy for this new mode of human resources,there will be more or less different problems.There fore,the author hopes to combine with the specific case of YL company,to analyze and study the HRBP model in order to find and solve some problems.In the case study,this paper collects and analyzes the problems existing in human resource management of YL company by means of questionnaire.The present situation in the field of human resource management of YL company,the company did not realize the human capital management,and HRBP model of human resource management of human resources for the understand ing of plausible;business;personnel transaction support is not enough,not timely disposal etc..Based on this,this paper try to cut theory combined with HRBP model,designed for YL company found existing in HRBP mode,and adjust,in order to achieve the establishment of HRBP model of human resource management system based on real.Set up the center of experts,the HRBP center and the shared human resource center to complete the system.Then,through the expert evaluation method,this paper demonstrates the scientific nature of the management model from the aspect of the operation effect of human resource management.Finally,for application of the HRBP model,hope that more enterprises can learn and learn from each other,for domestic enterprises in the process of rapid development,the HRBP model can effectively into the enterprise management,become a real core competitiveness,a modest contribution.
