Human resource business partner(HRBP)competency model is a hot issue in human resource theory.However,the application of the HRBP model to domestic Internet education enterprises is still at an immature stage,because the relevant theoretical research and practical exploration are relatively weak.Actually,the HRBP model is an important theoretical basis for the operation of human resources department in modern enterprises.This paper comprehensively analyzes the competency construction of HRBP,and then explores the matching conditions between HRBP and enterprises.This paper builds and applies the competency model based on the needs of HRBP positions and actual problems encountered by the V Company in the transformation of human resources.The research is divided into three core aspects.Firstly,through the research on the competency model,relevant concepts of HRBP and relevant literature at home and abroad,it provides a theoretical basis for the V Company to build the HRBP competency model.Secondly,literature research method and executive interview method are used to extract competency entries,based on which a questionnaire is prepared.The data of the questionnaire are analyzed by statistical software(reliability and validity test and factor analysis),the factors are named,the entries are graded,and the initial table of competence is formed.The behavioral event interview method is used to classify the competence characteristics and level performance of HRBP in the interview,and then the excellent group is compared with the general group.Combined with the Delphi method,according to the actual situation of the V Company,through communication with executives,the competency model is defined by weight,and then the HRBP competency model is obtained.Finally,the model is applied to the HRBP recruitment practice and some results are obtained.This research result not only provides a tool for the development of the V Company,but also provides a valuable reference for HRBP job management in all peer enterprises.
