The VUCA era has brought great challenges to traditional management theory and method in the uncertain environment.In order to survive in such ever-changing context,more and more companies are constantly making changes on the way of management.They hope to gain the stable long-term revenue by organizational optimization and construction of new flexible and efficient organization structure.to satisfy the ever-strengthening demand on management for companies,it is required that HR department should better support organization flexibility on a grand scale and bring in and retain the talents for the company.Under this background,some excellent enterprises actively seek for changes and continuously explore the most existing form of human resources organization in enterprises.The application of the three pillars of human resources theory results in the birth.The essential difference between the three-pillar theory of human resources and the original functional system of human resources management lies in the fact that its underlying logic design is oriented by customer's thinking and all actions are initiated by customer's needs instead of proceeding from top to bottom according to the six modules of human resources.Based on the theory of human resources development and the current research situation of the three pillars of human resources management,this paper investigates the general situation of RMT company and human resources management by means of questionnaire survey and senior management interview,and summarizes the current situation and existing problems of human resources management in RMT company.On this basis,based on the theoretical model of human resources three pillars,the research and management improvement of human resources management in RMT Company are provided.At the same time,in order to ensure the successful implementation of the three-pillar model of human resources in RMT company,the relevant safeguard measures in the implementation process of the three-pillar model,such as staffing,information system configuration and other aspects are summarized in order to solve the problems existing in the human resources management of RMT company.I hope that this study can improve the overall management of RMT company.At the same time,can provide an optimized plan of human resources organization form for domestic small and medium-sized enterprises that are also facing difficulties in human resources management and make enlightening contributions to the practice and development of domestic human resources three-pillar theory.
