With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, enterprise’s demand for human resource management is becoming more and more high. In order to better adapt to the development of knowledge society, many enterprises begin to make enterprise human resource management as the core of the enterprise, so to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. At the same time, enterprises in the development process, the expansion of business scale at the same time, the business is constantly expanding, so the business sector to increase the demand for human resources, the demand for it to increase. If managers can’t handle the relation between good business department and human resources management, will lead to the confusion of the affairs of the enterprise personnel, reduce the efficiency of the enterprise staffs work, so more and more scholars to the enterprise human resources management mode were in-depth study.In this paper, a large number of domestic and foreign literature on the basis of the gradual understanding of enterprise human resource management and human resources business partner related to the theoretical study. Due to the relatively few practice of enterprise human resource business partner model in domestic and foreign academic circles, in order to guarantee practice authenticity, this paper to group Huawei and Huawei happiness foundation as an example were studied. In the study, first of all the two concept of human resource management and HR business partners for in-depth understanding of, understand the difference between the relation and difference; followed by Huawei Group and China Fortune Foundation HR business partner (hrbp) modes respectively analysis, set the mode of enterprise personnel and institutions influence; finally carries on the analysis to the hrbp mode in the enterprise human resources management transformation in the existing problems, then gives the corresponding suggestion, hope can help other enterprises to build and hrbp mode design, bring economic value for the development of enterprises.
