Under the new normal of economy,enterprise management is faced with various uncertainties,human resources management has become increasingly important,and the selection and management of talents have gradually become the core competitiveness of enterprises.The key to the fundamental transformation of human resources thinking is to adapt to the strategic needs of enterprises in the new era and business development,to guide the transfer of human capital to the value of enterprises,and to promote the continuous innovative development of enterprises.This paper makes a new exploration into the practice of human resource management based on the strategic human resource management of HRBP.Traditional human resources work in manufacturing enterprises,as the background human resources support platform exists.The HRBP-based human resources strategy is to push human resources work to a more important role,that is,to appear in the role of HRBP.The collaboration between business personnel and human resources personnel stems from the role of the business partner model in Company A,and on the other hand,it stems from the concept and expectation of HRBP's communication and actual value to the business.Through human resources development,strategic human resources management,HR BP concept and other related human resources theory combing.A company to carry out environmental PEST analysis,industry analysis,human resources management analysis,to find out the company's human resources problems and bottlenecks,Starting from SWOT analysis,based on enterprise strategy,the design of HRBP strategy is carried out,and then the implementation of HRBP strategy and corresponding landing protection are carried out in A company Manufacture.The research value of this paper is that in the traditional manufacturing enterprises,there is no standard enterprise or successful path to follow.This research based on the strategic model of HRBP,how to really "dance" with the business,or give the manufacturing industry a useful enlightenment.As a production and manufacturing company,the exploration of the HRBP strategic model is basically divided according to the functions of the business unit,such as the sales market business unit,logistics unit,logistics business unit,and senior management team;A company based on the HRBP model time,truly from the perspective of the business department,to assist the business department in all aspects of human resources work,including human resources planning,staffing and personal career development of business personnel,from the perspective of human resources,Ensure the efficient operation of the organization.At the same time,in the practice of A's HRBP model,HRBP's task includes communicating between the business unit and the entire organization's human resources system to help the business unit establish an efficient and suitable application.
