The changes of the times have promoted the transformation of enterprises,and also challenged the traditional human resource management,requiring the combination of human resource management and corporate strategy.In order to enable human resources to have more time to engage in strategic work,the shared service model can realize the integration of similar businesses in various departments of the company,avoid overlapping of business in various departments,and conduct unified management and control of various businesses of the company,and provide specialized and standardized HR management services for each department to achieve scale effect,reduce business costs and improve work efficiency.This enables the HR department have the energy to focus on the strategic transformation.With the continuous expansion of the company's scale,the transformation of human resources is still urgent.At present,the traditional human resource model can no longer meet the needs of enterprise development,so the establishment of shared service centers is very necessary.This paper uses literature research method,case study method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to analyze the status quo and existing problems of GR's human resource management,and proposes the necessity of establishing a shared service center.The process of establishing of shared service center is explained from the goal,functional positioning and definition,business process design,staffing and development channel.This paper introduces the suggestions of GR HR shared service center.At present,enterprises are facing the transition from simple foundry manufacturing enterprises to intelligent manufacturing.Human resources should realize the transformation of roles to meet the needs of enterprises.This paper takes GR company as an example to research the establishment of human resources shared service center,and has practical guiding significance for the strategic transformation of GR human resources.
