In late 1970 s,with the progress of science and technology,human management concept getting innovated step by step.Humanistic management is regarded as the first resource of the organization,human resource management from the traditional perspective slowly changing into diversification management perspective,especially not onlyrefer to ideas,methods,value,mode etc.With the rise of mobile Internet,some famous data company first proposed the concept of "Internet plus",many domestic Internet companies getting support from the trend of "Internet plus" in human resources management,gradually make the change in software and hardware as well.More and more enterprises begin to try COE\BP\SSC of human resources,the concept of HRBP,which is treated as the top priority among the model.Many Internet companies began to put the business value tightly together with human resources management,many companies are exploring the proper HR management mode under current circumstances.This paper had referred tolots of literatures,combined with foreign mature business cases,visited with business case of some large domestic Internet Company.Also it combine with the ideas and suggestion of senior experts and consultant.Through expert questionnaires and lots of interviews,and analyzed the existing model of the human resource management problem in DN group,combined with the actual situation of this case,designed the new design pattern which is suitable for this case of the enterprise,and through the feasibility study after the implementation of new model,to ensure a smooth landing and carry out.According to the feasibility analysis,this paper puts forward the new requirements in the new mode of HRBP,such as the organizational environment of enterprises and the competency of HRBP personnel.Finally summarizes the attention in the application of this model.If the implementation of the new model proved success,in addition to a successful reference to the vocational education industry,but also make the human resources management keep the pace of the times and meanwhile solve the talent development strategy in enterprise.
