As a Western country's successful management experience,human resource sharing service has been widely applied to Fortune 500 companies to help enterprises achieve efficient and intensive human resource management.However,this type of management is still in its infancy in China.Most companies have just begun to understand this service.Only a few enterprise groups have attempted to establish a human resources sharing service center and the implementation results are not satisfactory.Therefore,the study of how domestic enterprise groups construct a human resources sharing service center and localize successful western management experience will help Chinese companies accumulate experience and start this model in Chinese companies.Through questionnaires,interviews,and other research methods,this paper finds that the human resource management methods of domestic enterprise groups can no longer meet the needs of enterprise development.It is not easy for enterprises to successfully implement HR shared service centers:the traditional official-based ideology,weak foundations of the personnel information system and non-college-originated human resource managers are problems that cannot be avoided during the construction of the HR shared service center.Therefore,domestic enterprise groups must adopt gradual changes in the process of constructing the HR shared service center to relieve contradictions,select personnel information systems and product service providers that are optimally matched with the company's situation,and pay attention to improving the internal HR's ability and quality and introducing outstanding external HR managers.This article through the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign successful cases,combined with the author's practical work experience,put forward the four key elements of the domestic enterprise groups to build HR sharing service center:information technology foundation,shared content design and classification,organizational design,staffing;These four aspects provide practical advice for domestic enterprise groups to build HR shared service centers.
