With the rapid development of China's electric power system reform and sale side reform,it has been an unprecedented competition and opportunity to the power industry.China's electric power system reform and sale side reform,which put forward the new requirements to all levels of the power company's performance management.KS power company's current performance management system is difficult to cope with the development requirements and the reform of performance management system is imminent.The Balanced Scorecard,as a working performance management theory,can effectively overcome the limitations of performance management by financial means pure,and can combine the enterprise strategic objective and effective performance management system.This paper will use the balanced scorecard to build a scientific and effective performance management system of KS power supply company marketing department.This paper first studies the theory,introduces related concepts and content of performance management,the balanced scorecard performance management and strategy theory.Then theoretically introduces the idea of the construction of performance management indicator system of KS power supply company marketing department.using the SWOT strategy analysis method to determine the strategic goal of KS power supply company.Then decompose the company level performance indicator,draw the strategy map and construct the performance indicator of marketing department.Finally dispatch the performance indicator of marketing department and construct the performance indicator of the marketing department.After constructing the performance management indicators,the paper implement the performance management system which is based on the balanced scorecard of KS power supply company marketing department.And improve the current performance management,witch reach goal to promote performance management level which is based on the balanced scorecard.
