As the second largest enterprise in the world top 500,SGCC has made remarkable achievements in the world.The goal of the State Grid Corporation to build a modern company with "one strong and three excellent" has never stopped.The challenges and pressures on the road to business development have also gradually increased.Increasing the production efficiency of enterprises and enhancing the execution of the strategy are the development of the company.Important measures need to adopt a reasonable management model to motivate employees' enthusiasm and creativity.As part of human resource management,performance management plays a positive role in improving employees' ability and quality and enhancing employee execution.Performance management is being adopted by more and more companies.Power companies are also actively conducting performance management work.At present,the effectiveness of performance management of power companies has gradually appeared,but through investigation and research,it has been found that performance management of power production teams is generally carried out,there is insufficient performance management work,performance management systems are not perfect,and recognition is low,leading to performance Management work did not achieve the desired results.At the same time,the fundamental development of power companies is to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.The first-line production team is responsible for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid and equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the performance management of the production team to optimize the performance management system for front-line production personnel.To improve the performance of front-line production team personnel.This paper aims to improve the performance management level of first-line production team,and through the study of relevant literature at home and abroad,it finds out the relevant team performance management plans and improvement measures.Based on the research of relevant literature,it summarizes the performance management applicable to first-line production team.Relevant theoretical knowledge provides theoretical support for optimization of the company's performance management program.This article uses literature research,working log,questionnaire survey,interviews and other methods,summarizes the related problems in the performance management of Jining Power Supply Company,and puts forward specific improvement measures.When improving the performance management plan,the purpose of improvement should be clarified.From the four aspects of performance management organization system,index system,evaluation system,and results application system,the performance management program should be optimized and improved.In respect of the organization system,the Jining company's performance management organization has been optimized,the performance manager system has been clearly implemented,and the department and the team have set up special performance responsibilities and defined the performance responsibilities of the performance personnel.For the index system,the evaluation database of roles,time,and location was optimized for the "point system" assessment model,and the task database for the integration system was optimized,and the assessment indicators were evaluated scientifically.As for the evaluation system,the team's performance evaluation process has been optimized,and the evaluation content has been optimized,and relevant measures have been adopted to optimize performance feedback.With regard to the use of results,the results of performance evaluation were applied to bonus distribution,training and learning,evaluation of superior trees,adjustment of salary points,etc.,and the use of performance evaluation results was enriched and improved.At the same time,it has formulated safeguard measures,adopted personnel training,office software development,and strengthened performance communication to ensure effective implementation of performance management programs.As the management pattern and organizational structure of domestic electric power enterprises are basically the same,the work nature and characteristics of the team are basically the same.These views and measures in this paper can be used as a reference for the performance management optimization of electric power production teams.
