Team is the basic element and the basic production unit of business management, but also the ultimate foothold of business management. The level of team management, which has a great significance on the implementation of enterprise economic indicators directly, determine the enterprise’s survival and development. So, it is conceivable that strengthening the team management plays an important role in mentioning the level of human resources management and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the theory of human resource management, human resource performance management, employee career development and the theory of team management, and taking the team management in Zhenhai branch of Ningbo Power Supply Company as a breakthrough point, the paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad. Then the paper diagnoses the basic situation and human resource management problems that existed, and analyzes the basic structural shortage of personnel and staff enthusiasm. On this basis, the paper puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems on performance management and employee career management. Improving the lean system as the core of the performance appraisal way, relieving the contradictions of engineering, developing team staff and career management, constructing talent team, and establishes a team management mode for Zhenhai Branch Center combining performance management with the employee career management.It is an important guarantee to enhance the level of team management for a scientific and rational team management mode, and a perfect team management mode can promote the enterprise human resources. Through the research and analysis, we can see that team performance management mode plays a positive role in enhancing the level of management and human resource management for Zhenhai Branch Center, at the same time it also has certain reference value for other power enterprise.
