In recent years,the reform of the power system and the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises have continued to advance.State Grid Corporation proposed the strategic goal of building a new era company with world-class energy Internet companies with excellent competitiveness.In order to better play the role of performance management incentives and constraints,State Grid Corporation implements full staff performance management.The electric power production team is directly engaged in the first-line work of electric power production and is the smallest component of electric power enterprises.The level of performance of the production team affects the overall performance of the company.At present,the performance management level of production teams in some county-level power supply enterprises is relatively poor.Therefore,it is necessary to study the performance appraisal of production teams in county-level power supply companies.Taking Chengbao County Power Supply Branch as an example,this thesis conducts in-depth research on the performance appraisal of its production team and proposes corresponding improvement measures.This thesis first studies the literature on performance appraisal at home and abroad.In-depth study of the relevant theories and methods of performance appraisal,laid the theoretical foundation for the improvement of the performance appraisal program of the production team of Chengbao County Power Supply Branch.Then,the status quo of the performance appraisal of the production team of Chengbao County Power Supply Branch was analyzed.Through analysis,it is found that there are many problems in the process of performance appraisal of the production team of Chengbao County Power Supply Branch.For example,employees have a misunderstanding of performance appraisal,inaccurate performance appraisal indicators,unscientific appraisal ratings,lack of process monitoring and communication feedback,and low level of appraisal results.Subsequently,based on the existing problems,the principles and ideas for improvement were formulated,and targeted improvements and optimizations were made.Optimize and improve the work score system,and make the work point system operability through the analysis of job characteristics,the establishment of classification work hours library,innovative work management method,and innovative score method.Optimize the performance appraisal and evaluation of the production team,scientifically evaluate the performance appraisal level,and improve the performance appraisal process.Establish performance monitoring,feedback and communication mechanisms for production teams.Establish performance board,improve performance grievance process,improve transparency of performance appraisal work and employee satisfaction.Deepen the application of application performance appraisal results,implement the same-price compensation mechanism,and expand the application of performance appraisal results in career development.At the same time,the performance appraisal system guarantee and performance appraisal information system application were optimized.This thesis studies the performance of the production team of Chengbao County Power Supply Branch and establishes a set of targeted improvement programs that are scientific and practical.At the same time,the improvement scheme proposed in this thesis also has certain applicability to the production teams of other county-level power supply enterprises.
