Research On Building Financial Sharing Service Model Of TB Group

With the development of economic globalization,more and more enterprise groups have carried out the strategy of global expansion,and quickly set up a molecular company around the world.At the same time,along with the continuous expansion of the enterprise group,the establishment of the global molecular company at the same time,the establishment of the corresponding financial organizations,so that the financial management of enterprise groups formed a decentralized financial accounting and management model.But the decentralized financial management mode will face information transmission channel impeded,information distortion,poor timeliness,and easy to cause the enterprise decision-making errors,low decision-making efficiency,and slow to market changes.At the same time,the higher cost of financial functions and inefficiency can not fully support the business development.Thus shared service management mode arises at the historic moment,shared services is a kind of new management mode of multinational enterprise group.This mode can significantly reduce the processing cost of the daily affairs of the group,improve the efficiency,strengthen the risk control and support enterprise strategy effective implementation,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,so the shared service model has been widespread concern in the theory circle and practice circle.In this paper,the TB Group Financial Sharing Center as the research object,its organizational fi-amework,the strategy of sharing service building and the results are discussed and studied.Aims to through the research of the shared service center construction,summarize the large-scale state-owned enterprise shared services model,and combined with the practice,and summing up their innovation and deficiency,in order to provide experience for the enterprises,in which the Financial Shared Served Center is under construction or under planning.This thesis consists of five chapters:The first chapter introduces the background and the basic situation of shared Services,elaborating the research significance of Financial Shared Services Pattern in China.Theoretical foundations of Financial Shared Services were found from a lot of Chinese and foreign literatures.The second chapter summarizes the concept definition and theoretical basis of shared services,describing the formation and characteristics of shared services.The third chapter proposes problems in the process of operating financial shared Services for Chinese conglomerates and the principles to be followed in practice,making the application analysis for Financial Shared Services Management Pattern and construction strategy.The fourth chapter takes the TB Financial Management Ltd.which is wholly owned subsidiary of TB group as an example,focusing on its background,process of building the Financial Shared Center,analyzing strengths and weaknesses of its Financial Shared Services Pattern.The fifth chapter summarizes the positive significance and inconsequential deficiencies of Financial Shared Services and forecasts the prospects in China.
