With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology,the scale of enterprises is constantly developing and expanding.Mergers,reorganizations and expansions have become more frequent among large and medium-sized companies.These business practices not only bring about the diversification of business units,but also lead to different degree of decentralization in the organizational structure.If the enterprise cannot adjust the management mode rationally at the same time when the scale expands,there will appear the problem that the management mode cannot adjust to the scale of the enterprises,and the change of the financial management mode is one of the most important part.In addition,as companies grow in size,they inevitably add more branches,and the financial stuff are one integral part of every independent branch,so they will all face more cost pressure from financial stuff.In view of the above situation,if the traditional financial management model cannot be innovated,the phenomenon of the superfluous structure and staff will persist all the time,even more serious.The finance department,which originally provides data for the development of the company,will be an obstacle to its development.Under such a background,how to improve the quality of financial service while saving cost is a problem that many companies are facing.However,the financial sharing model widely used in foreign countries is to standardize the widely dispersed and repeating accounting business,then transfer it to the shared platform,which is handled by the financial sharing service centers that are used for their own services or established externally to obtain commissions from services,and finally get more efficient and reliable accounting results for reference.This model not only just makes up for the current financial obstacle of our country,but also meet the current needs of the development of large and medium-sized enterprises.For M company to build financial shared service center,the research ideas include why to build,how to build,and the expected effect.This paper mainlydiscusses from six parts: The first part is prolegomenon.In prolegomenon,the background and significance of this thesis are introduced first.Then,through the selection of representative domestic and foreign literature,the research results of financial sharing services from the generation to the present in foreign countries are summarized.At last,through the research results of the financial sharing center in the world,the research ideas and methods adopted in this thesis are determined.The second part introduces the theoretical basis of financial sharing: organization structure leveling theory,resource allocation theory,business process reengineering theory and scale economy theory.Each model inevitably has its own particular features and advantages,which are discussed in detail in this chapter.The third part expounds the present situation of M company and shows that M company can build the space of financial sharing service center.By analyzing the financial sharing service model and M company,it will determine whether the financial sharing service model is feasible in M company.The fourth part is based on the assumption that M company adopts the mode of financial sharing,and discusses the application process of M company,which involves the construction of the financial sharing center and the necessary security work for the financial sharing service center implemented smoothly.The fifth part expounds the expected effect of M company's financial sharing mode.This is the ultimate goal of this thesis,and it is also the practical significance of M company's financial sharing center.The last part is the conclusion and prospect: in the course of writing the thesis,I`m not only having more insight into the financial sharing center,but also getting a lot of experience.Finally,it objectively examines the shortcomings of the thesis and looks forward to the value that this thesis can realize in the future.In this paper,the author hopes that it can provide some theoretical support and guidance for similar insurance companies in the future through the specific research of M Company's financial sharing service center with the profession particularity of the insurance company.
