Study On The Influence Of Land Circulation On The Scale Management Of Agricultural Land

Because our country is pushing forward the process of industrialization and urbanization,the rural labor force has a large number of foreign output and transfer,which caused the land uncultivated,abandoned,reduces the efficiency of land use in rural areas.At the same time,because of the gradual integration of international and domestic market,the competition of agricultural products is becoming more and more fierce,the competitive disadvantage of the scattered agricultural products in our country is obvious,and it is urgent to improve the competitiveness of agricultural products in China.It is one of the important ways to solve the above problems by transferring the rural land use right,developing scale management,improving the utilization rate of agricultural land and agricultural production efficiency.Under such a background,in-depth investigation and study of rural land circulation status,is the main cause of a comprehensive analysis of the impact of land scale operation,to optimize the path of the appropriate scale of operation of rural land,to develop and improve government policies and measures in support of rural land transfer and scale operation,with important theoretical support and practical significance.Based on the TuanJie town of Daan District of Zigong city of Sichuan Province as an example,through the field survey of the 9 administrative villages in the town,by using land property rights theory,scale management theory and other related theories,this paper expounds the conditions of agricultural land scale management,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the implementation of rural land circulation in 9 villages.Think the TuanJie town of rural land transfer and scale of operation exist the phenomenon of non grain is quite obvious,professional cooperative play is not in place,the circulation of agricultural land is not standardized,farmers on the land scale operation understanding insufficiency,the countryside land scale lack of business entities,rural infrastructure conditions such as weak outstanding problems.In addition,this paper also on the unity of the town of existing farmland scale management pattern were to analyze the comprehensive performance,put forward concerning the specific measures for scale management path optimization,and combined with the problems found in the survey,that should be taken to strengthen the propaganda and guidance,the transformation of government functions,focusing on platform,strengthen vocational training,improvement of infrastructure,strengthen the rural security measures to promote regional land scale operation.
