Problems And Countermeasures In Promoting Moderate Scale Management Of Land In Xinglou Town Pizhou City

Efficient use of land is the key to rural revitalization.Moderate scale management of rural land is an effective way to reduce production costs,improve production efficiency and increase farmers’ income.In recent years,in order to improve the efficiency of land use,Xinglou town has promoted the moderate scale operation of land in many ways.However,in the process of development,there are still some problems,such as the quality is good,but the sales is poor;the scale is large,but the profit is low;the improvement of people’s income is limited and so on.Based on the knowledge of public management,using literature research combined with field interviews,this paper summarizes the positive and negative experience of promoting land moderate scale operation in Xinglou Town,Pizhou City,Jiangsu Province.On this basis,it analyzes the problems existing in the work of land moderate scale operation in Xinglou Town,including the relatively weak promotion of land circulation,the funds and resources for scale operation There are four aspects:lack of technical personnel,insufficient efforts to promote the upgrading of business mode,and the benefits of promoting scale operation need to be further improved.Finally,from the three aspects of innovating the circulation mode,formulating scientific and reasonable land circulation policies,cultivating new rural business entities through multiple channels,strengthening policy guarantee,and establishing and improving long-term development mechanism,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further deepen the moderate scale operation of land,promote the enrichment of people’s income and realize rural revitalization.
