Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Land Transfer In S City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In recent years,under the background of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the importance and urgency of rural land transfer as the key to promoting the development of "Agriculture,Rural Areas,and Farmers" has become more and more obvious.The orderly transfer of rural land can solve land abandonment and help develop moderate-scale operations.The efficient and high-quality transfer of rural land can help farmers increase income and production,release land vitality,optimize the allocation of rural production factors,and finally promote highquality development of the rural economy.However,due to the lack of farmers’ willingness to participate in the transfer,irregular transfer procedures,and insufficient policy impetus,the current efficiency of land transfer is not high.At present,S City is vigorously promoting the construction of the "Vegetable Basket" base in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,fully implementing the "611" project of modern agricultural development,and insisting on the modernization development path of the agricultural industry,to achieve high-quality agricultural development and make farmers to live and work in peace and contentment.This paper takes rural land transfer in S City as the research object and uses field research,questionnaire survey and other methods to analyze the current situation of rural land transfer in S city,and summarizes the main rural land transfer patterns of S city by case analysis.Through the binary logistic model to analyze the transfer behavior of farmers,it is concluded that the education level,family labor force and policy satisfaction factors are significantly related to the transfer behavior.Based on the basic situation in S City,this paper analyzes the main problems and reasons in the process of rural land transfer in S City,and proposes a new composite mode: "Live + Enterprise +Cooperative + Base + Farmer",and put forward the following solutions: give full play to the functions of the government in rural land transfer,accelerate the cultivation of large-scale operation entities,strengthen the construction of standardized land transfer system,improve the social security system and rationally develop innovative land transfer mode,to make the S City’s land transfer work in orderly.
