China as the world's largest population,the world's largest labor force in the country,labor-intensive enterprise employees are facing the problem of career development is very prominent,and a large number of labor is not only low education,and mostly young employees.In 2010 a company employees shocked the "13 jumps",and later enterprises across the country have also appeared in similar vicious events,which can reflect the extent of China's current low-educated young employees in the work is not satisfied with the current situation,Their own career development plan lack of knowledge,the face of high work and family pressure,and gradually lose the confidence of working life,resulting in cognitive,emotional,psychological,behavior abnormal and extreme reactions.At present,domestic and foreign research is based on the organization of enterprises to explore how to motivate employees,or provide more promotion space and opportunities,improve the behavior incentive system and welfare compensation system,and thus improve the enthusiasm of staff,improve production efficiency,More social value.Of course,these ancillary measures can indeed provide more richer treatment for employees,but also play a role in improving the enthusiasm of enterprise employees,but for enterprises with low education young employees,the key problem is that their own lack of capacity,no higher development enthusiasm,Although the expectations of their own career is high,self-efficacy is high,but the lack of learning to enhance the power and interest,it is difficult to do more challenging work and tasks.This study from the enterprise low education young employees point of view,From the micro perspective to study how to fundamentally correct the low level of self-awareness of young employees,improve learning interest and self-improvement desire for their own accumulation of more strength in order to appear in the opportunities that may arise in the development of self-Stress relief,adjust their mental state,to maintain an optimistic and healthy life and work attitude.The study of the author rooted in the province of S,F enterprises for the well-known manufacturing enterprises,and F enterprises of young educated young employees in-depth contact,collection and collation of information and analysis,the use of literature research,field research and group work research To conduct research and to engage team members through group social work.The author takes the community service center as the base,issues the questionnaire,evaluates the research object needs,recruits and filters the growth team members,carries on the group activity design,sets the group activity overall goal and the sub-goal,carries out the group activity,and predicts the possible difficulties And coping with.During the three-month internship period,the author involved the members of the growth team,under the guidance of the growth group model,to understand the basic situation of members,the real needs of the main group activities and group members to establish a trust,to accept the professional relationship,To guide the team members to self-awareness correction,to provide pressure to guide the way to help develop career development planning,while strengthening the social support system,to provide more ways to solve the problem and resources.Through the intervention,the group members basically completed the group work objectives,the activities of good results.Through this study,it proves the great advantage and function of the growth group model in the practical application of enterprise social work.The professional goal of the growth group is mainly to promote the personal growth and development of the group members.This group of professional goals is not a pathological treatment and rehabilitation,nor is it a social struggle and advocacy,focusing on individual self-understanding and self-And ultimately to promote the team members to achieve the greatest self development.At the same time,although the growth group model has a great advantage in this research problem,there are still some shortcomings and limitations in the scope and effect of the intervention.In the course of social work intervention,other work intervention models and methods should be integrated.The effect is more clear and clear,the scope of intervention can be more broad.
