Along with the increasingly drastic competition, the human resource of management of Baosheng Group is facing unprecedented talents perplexity. The development of Baosheng Group demands employees with high qualifications, but, after the passels of graduates were recruited into the enterprise, The managers of Baosheng Group are not aware that these university students are in the early of their careers .They need to look for the career anchors .Thus, it cause many difficulties that attract, develop and retain these talents person all the difficulties, which is becoming a bottleneck of the development of Baosheng Group. The human resource management of Baosheng Group is in dire need of attaching importance to career management .The theory of career anchors is an important theory within the career management, emphasizing the fact that employees in the early careers need to look for the career anchors, and under this foundation, the employee and enterprise seek co-development. Thus it provides the good ideas and paths for Baosheng Group to solve the talents perplexity.With the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, this paper analyzes the present condition that Baosheng Group helps graduate employees looking for the career anchors, and the roles that Baosheng Group plays, and the microcosmic environment of organization, and find out the existent problems, then helping graduate employees to look for the career anchors is promoted to the strategic layer. Then aims at the problems, and under the direction of career management theories, probes the measures of management of position transfer, training with position transfer, system of dynamic tutor, hang the job and evaluation and feedback etc.This paper pertains to basic application research, consisting of both theoretical and practical contribution. The former focuses on enriching theories of career management and perfecting human resource management of hospitality enterprises. The latter concentrates on exploring their own development mode for graduate employees' career management in Baosheng Group and bringing forward operational methods under the basic actualities of human resource management in Baosheng Group, which benefits its attracting, developing and retaining talents. This maneuverability helps build up competition and accelerate the sustainable development of Baosheng Group.
