Practical Exploration Of Group Work Intervention In Intergenerational Interaction Between The Old And The Young In Urban Communities

At the present stage,there are two main groups in the urban community,one is the elderly who choose to provide for the aged in the community,and the other is the children who live and study in the community.With the deepening of the degree of aging in our country,some retired elderly people can not adapt to the leisure life after retirement for a variety of reasons,resulting in bad emotions such as loss,loneliness,incompetence and so on.They are eager to have the opportunity to engage in some community public affairs,give full play to their waste heat and realize their own value.On the other hand,some children living in the community face the plight of their parents going to work and unaccompanied after coming home from school,especially during the winter and summer vacations.Children in this situation are eager to get proper care,learn more knowledge and grow up healthily and happily.At the same time,with the rapid transformation of our society,the phenomenon of defamiliarization of neighborhood relations in urban communities is becoming more and more prominent,the traditional "acquaintance" society is gradually declining,and great changes have taken place in intergenerational relations.Intergenerational interaction is increasingly concentrated among family members,and intergenerational interaction outside the family,especially between the elderly and children,is generally less,and the generation gap is more likely to occur.To a certain extent,it affects the intergenerational harmony and even the harmonious development of the society.Based on this,this study deeply explores the intergenerational interaction between the old and the young in the urban community based on the field investigation of the L community in Zhengzhou.On the basis of an in-depth investigation of the current situation of the intergenerational interaction in the L community of Zhengzhou,this study takes the retired elderly and children in the urban community as the research object.Based on the theory of social interaction and demand theory,the research methods such as questionnaire,interview and participatory observation are used.The group method was used to intervene in the process of intergenerational interaction between the old and the young in the community,and six group activities were successfully carried out,which effectively promoted the behavior of mutual assistance between the elderly and children.It has realized the multi-win effect that the elderly groups gain a sense of satisfaction and achievement in giving full play to the waste heat,children learn,play and grow healthily in the company of the elderly in the community,and the harmonious interaction between generations in the community.On this basis,this study summarizes the interactive service model and typical experience of intergenerational mutual assistance between young and old in urban communities,refines and sublimates viewpoints,evaluates practical work,and reflects on limitations.It is proposed to strengthen the top-level design,do a good job in propaganda and guidance,give full play to the positive role of community and social workers,optimize the construction of intergenerational interaction platform between young and old,and enrich the content of activities by using professional methods of social work.The countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the professionalism,diversification and personalization of the intergenerational interaction between the old and the young in the urban community,in order to provide beneficial enlightenment for the benign intergenerational interaction between the old and the young in the urban community.
