"Human resources are capital,the source of value,not the cost",which is an important consensus in the development of human resources.Therefore,enterprises need to pay more attention to the talents if they want to occupy a place in the competition at this stage.Giving employees a certain incentive is the main way of talent competition,and can better stimulate the potential of employees,and then provide better service for enterprises.Because of the rapid economic growth,China's infrastructure construction has gradually accelerated,all fields have involved.As a result,construction is becoming more and more expensive in terms of output,and has attracted more labour into the industry.It contains a lot of young employees.Based on this,the YNSN group of young employees as the main research object,the focus of investigation and analysis of the actual situation at the present stage of the field of cement and building materials to encourage young employees,according to the survey results obtained through analysis and put forward effective countermeasures,and to promote the young employees can get better development in the enterprise,and the use of incentive measures to be on their work enthusiasm and enhance,to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in the market,to ensure that the enterprise can get the stable and healthy development.YNSN group as a part of cement building materials enterprises,in the background of further deepening of market economy,there is also a certain bottleneck.At this stage,YNSN group of young employees of the whole group occupy half of the country,in the future development process,young employees will gradually become the main force of the group.But at present,some young employees in YNSN group still need to be promoted in the cultural quality,and the loss of personnel in various departments is also serious.At present,YNSN group have adopted some incentive measures to give incentives for young employees,but there are still some problems,such as salary,enterprise management needs to be improved in the treatment of post production jobs of young employees and young employees welfare system is notperfect,favour one more than another,training incentive should be strengthened,lack of communication etc..Although the YNSN group has excellent corporate culture,but there are some defects or incentive measures,thus resulting in a high quality culture and related professional and technical personnel gradually lost,which limits the development of the group in a certain extent.
