A Research On The Theory And Practice Of A Miner’s Safety Awareness Education Model About Working Group With All-member

Since the development of coal resource, coalmine security is an outstanding problem that has been troubling China and other parts of the world. It not only affects the existence and development of the coalmine enterprise itself, but also restricts the development of domestic economy. Studies suggest that one of the core ideas of building up secure coalmine is to bring up the security awareness of miners, so that they can complete productions under the guidance of right thoughts and ethics, to which the methods are extremely important, for it’s the focus of ideological and political work of coalmine enterprise. In this sense, as one of the effective means of preventing accidents, mine workers safety Awareness education would play an important role to solve the issues, which is worthy of our in-depth study.This dissertation includes five parts:The first is the introduction that mainly states the background, meaning, contents, method of the research as well as domestic and foreign research status and creative points.The second introduces theoretical system of this education pattern, including its theoretical basis, definition, meaning and theoretical creation.The third introduces the practice of the new method, including how to carry out the training of early stage, basic construction and further studies and the effect and problems produced in the process.The fourth describes the improvement and popularization of this education method.The fifth is the conclusion.
