In the Information Age,the development of cross border e-commerce has been unexpected,and nowadays it is playing an indispensable role in international trading.It is an efficient method of pushing our domestically brands into overseas and opening international marketing by the service offered by the newest angle the most optimized methods,which also is meaningful to improve our brands competitive potential and transferring to overseas trading.This essay applies Literature research,introduction and interview to study more deeply.The methods of finding traditional administration supervision is formulated on the basis of current developed mature business style.The supervision of ideas,administrative system,policies and regulations,supervision modes,methods of supervise on and so on have no longer been satisfied with the need of newly born business mod-els under this internet e-commerce times,and efficiently promoting the healthy long term development of cross border e-commerce.This essay is based on the insight of brand new public management.The specific measurement from some different aspects have been proposed by focusing on the existed problems of cross border e-commerce,to advise the nation to speed up legislation,complete the supporting contribution for legislation,built the working atmosphere for inspection and quarantine jobs,and meanwhile,the authorities also need to informed deeply by standing on the needs of clients,summarize the working experience of teslting cities of cross border e-commerce,inc-reasing the investment of equipment,human resources and technology,enforcing the communication and cooperation among countries,building the flexible supervision m-ode which suitable for e-commerce development.The combination of inspection and quarantine and platform of e-commerce can be realized for building a public information platform for cross border e-commerce,promoting the quick and healthy develop-ment of e-commerce under the condition of guarding the state and protecting the citizens' well-beings.In this paper,the research result puts forward targeted suggestions and platform design scheme for the inspection and quarantine departments to deal with the crossborder e-commerce environment reforming,it also provides theoretical reference for other government supervision departments to regulate e-commerce and other emerging business models.
