Research On The Supervision Of Inspection And Quarantine Of Cross-border E-commerce In Fujian Province

With the rapid development of modern society and economy,cross-border transactions between countries are increasing year by year in both quantity and amount,gradually forming an integrated economy in the global scope.At the same time,China's e-commerce industry is developing rapidly,especially in the cross-border e-commerce,and a large-scale industrial chain has been formed.Therefore,in the process of cross-border transactions,quarantine inspection plays a self-evident role in ensuring the personal safety of traders,environmental safety,fairness and justice of the transaction order,and protecting the interests of all parties from infringement.With the continuous advancement of economic globalization,the rapid development of cross-border electronic commerce has put forward new requirements and severe challenges to the inspection and quarantine supervision system.At present,the main problems faced by the inspection and quarantine system include: unreasonable supervision setting,imperfect system,unable to meet the needs of foreign trade,etc.This requires us to base ourselves on our own duties,accumulate experience and concentrate our efforts on active exploration,so as to establish a reasonable and effective inspection and supervision mode for import and export commodities,with a view to promoting the modernization of Fujian's inspection and quarantine management system and management capability.This article mainly refers to the relevant information about deepening the reform of the inspection and quarantine institution system at home and abroad as well as the author's practical experience.Based on the understanding of the relevant academic theories of quarantine supervision,this article analyzes the actual situation of offline supervision in Fujian Province at the present stage.It also refers to the mature experience of European and American countries in dealing with this issue.It analyzes and discusses the reform of the supervision system in Fujian Province by combining the actual provincial situation and inspection situation in Fujian Province.It mainly explores the combination of the e-commerce supervision system,the relevant risk system and the provision of technical services.
