Research On Financial Shared Service Center

As an advanced management mode,financial shared services has been widely used around the world,especially in the large enterprises.There are also a number of enterprises have set up the Financial Shared Services Centers(FSSC)with local characteristics combining with their own business trait.Coming the age of Big Data,financial information and financial management of the group both present new characteristics,and big data technology also provides support for the construction of FSSC.This is a new development direction of large and medium-sized enterprises in the future to set up FSSC.Using data studies,case method and interdisciplinary study,this paper discussed the development of FSSC and analyzed the development trend of FSSC in the age of Big Data.Taking Company H for an example,combining related theories and situation of the company,established a FSSC.The paper also put forward some keys for the companies which construct FSSC.This paper will enrich related research results and provide reference for the construction of the FSSC.There are six chapters in thie paper:Chapter One: The introduction.In this chapter,background and significance of the topic,research status,research methods,innovation and inadequate are introduces.Chapter Two: Theoretical ground.The motivation and process of the construction of FSSC are on the basic of some mature theories.Chapter Three: The trend of FSSC in the age of Big Data.This paper resumed the development history of FSSC and pointed out the challenges and the development trend in the future.Chapter Four: The necessity and feasibility of a Financial Shared Services Center for Company H.Chapter Five: The main points of constructing a Financial Shared Services Center.Combining the development trend of FSSC and status of Company H,the paper designed a Financial Shared Services Center foe the company.Chapter Six: The attentions for the construction of FSSC:First,every clients and groups in the company should try best for the work;second,clear the target;thirdly,implement the evaluation of necessity and feasibility;the fourth,select and analysis the shared data;the fifth,have a correct understanding of the risk of Big Data technology.
