Nowadays,talents have become one of the most important factors in the strategy of business development.An increasing number of enterprises,especially pharmaceutical companies,have paid plenty of attentions to employee training.And they regard the training as an important behavior of human resources management.Young employees are not only new force to the enterprise,but also the mainstay in the future.Therefore,it is necessary to employ staff training to the young employees.To meet the requirement and match the outlook of the new-generation young employees which were born after the Reform and Opening-up in China,the employers should change their perspective,improve training innovation,promote the creativity of young employees,unlock employee potential for superior results,and help to achieve the talent development strategy of China.In this thesis,we take H pharmaceutical co.,LTD as an example,analyze the effective factors which influence the youth staff training system by questionnaire and interview.Meanwhile,we analyze in detail the problems and the corresponding reasons of youth staff training system in H pharmaceutical co.,LTD.Finally,the main problems and optimization suggestions are proposed as follows:(1)The youth staff training management problems in H pharmaceutical co.,LTD.are mainly attributed to the following aspects: lacking awareness of the importance of the young employees training,requirement of an improved training professionalism,insufficient variety of training contents,lack of the enthusiasm of youth staff for participating in the training,and shortage of the training teachers.(2)The thesis proposes optimization strategies on youth staff training of H pharmaceutical co.,LTD in five areas: First of all,the manager of H pharmaceutical company should focus on the basic principles of youth staff training,based on the corporate strategy,corporate culture,and oriented by the personal growth of the young employees;Secondly,the training needs analysis of the company by organization,position and individual should be introduced;Thirdly,scientific training goals should be set to optimize of training plans;Besides,it is necessary to further optimize the training contents,training methods and management process;At last,we should promote the implement of evaluation and examination,and improvesupporting measures for youth staff training.By optimizing the youth staff training process,it will contribute to the all-round growth of young employees,and further help to build and deepen the culture of corporation,which shows significant effects to the sustainable development of pharmaceutical enterprises.
