In the knowledge economy era market competition is more intense,the importance of talents in the company is increasingly prominent.To win the competition,enterprises must have a group of high-quality staff to support.How to cultivate employees effectively becomes the key concern of enterprises.According to the training needs of different employees,the corresponding scientific and reasonable training scheme is the top priority for the survival and development of HB company.On the basis of previous studies,this paper design and employee training satisfaction questionnaire survey,from the training organization,training requirements and curriculum management,training instructors,training effect management and so on the survey of four dimensions.Through the analysis of the data of 107 valid questionnaires,combined with the relevant departments of the interview with HB company,research and analysis from the perspective of training system maturity HB company,the current problems in training management,namely the pre-service training organization management means backward,new staff training is not standard,the new promotion management training course lack of pertinence,internal trainer training and incentive mechanism is not perfect,training the lack of effective evaluation mechanism,etc.Based on the maturity of the training system,the author puts forward the targeted optimization countermeasures.The optimization measures include:(1)improving the management of training organization;(2)establish new promotion management training courses based on competency model;(3)regulating the training of pre-job skills for new employees;(4)attach importance to the training of internal lecturers and establish a good team of internal trainers;(5)carry out the "ke four level assessment" method,and strengthen the management of training effect.In addition,the training system should be implemented to ensure the effective operation of the training management system by implementing the training system,including the training of staff performance appraisal,training and promotion,and management support.Through the research on the above problems,this paper aims to optimize the training management plan of HB company,and then realize the common growth of the company and employees.
