With the rapid development of the national economy,people's living standards have been gradually improved.After the material needs of life have been met,people have paid more attention to their health.The increasing demand for health has promoted the development of the pharmaceutical industry.The competition between modern pharmaceutical companies has gradually evolved into the competition and competition of talents.The importance of talents has become increasingly prominent.The modern human resource management concept with talents as its core has also been strengthened.Pharmaceutical companies pay more attention to the improvement of staff quality,not just the increase in the number of employees.Improving employees' ability and quality is the most effective way for pharmaceutical companies to improve their core competitiveness.At the same time,employees' requirements for the company are no longer limited to positions and remuneration.Instead,they pay more attention to the training they receive in the company and the improvement of their overall ability.Therefore,how to stimulate their maximum potential through employee training to create greater economic benefits for the enterprise,and pose new challenges to the talent management of modern pharmaceutical companies.How to train high-quality employees those are suitable for new economic development and suitable for the development strategy of pharmaceutical companies has become an urgent task in human resources training for pharmaceutical companies.This paper takes KZ company as an example,through investigating the company's current human resources and company employee training status,analyzing the problems of KZ company employee training,and combining the company's development strategy,it proposes ways to improve KZ company employee training.The author hopes that through the company's training research,it can help the company effectively carry out the training work,thereby promoting the common development of KZ Company and KZ employees.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of this paper.Secondly,it introduces the research status in China and abroad.Finally,the research methods used in this paper are listed,and the main structure of this paper is introduced.The second part is an overview of related theories.First of all,it describes the meaning of training from different aspects and makes a summary.Then,it is an overview of the relevant theories,in order to describe the demand analysis theory,learning organization theory,Kirkpatrick's training evaluation theory,to provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of countermeasures.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of KZ Company's staff training,mainly including the introduction of KZ Company,the current situation of human resources and the main training content of the company's staff.Compared with the advanced enterprises in the same industry in terms of training content,training teachers,investment and other aspects,we found the shortcomings of the enterprise.The fourth part is to find out the problems existing in the company's training through investigation and analysis of KZ Company's employee training.There are mainly five aspects: the training demand survey is not rigorous,the training content is not specific,the level of training instructors is uneven,the training effectiveness evaluation is not in place,and the training mechanism is not perfect.The fifth part is measures to improve the training of KZ employees.It mainly includes strengthening training needs analysis,innovating training methods for employees,enriching training content,strengthening the training of teachers,improving the evaluation of training effects,and improving the training mechanism.The sixth part is conclusion and prospect.This author summarizes the main conclusions of this paper,and points out the limitations of this paper and the direction of further research in the future.
