The 13 th five-year plan period is a key period for China to establish and improve the basic medical and health system and to promote the healthy China construction.Various new drug policies,such as pharmaceutical unannounced inspections,two votes in drug procurement,quality and curative effect consistency evaluation for generic drugs,have pushed the reform of China's pharmaceutical industry to the deep water zone,which has brought unprecedented challenges and pressures to the medical manufacturers.Blood product industry belongs to biological medicine industry branch,using protein separation and purification technology to product protein medicine from the healthy human plasma.Since 2001,China has no longer approved new blood product enterprises.Until now,the domestic blood product enterprises are fewer than 30.Moreover,China has imposed high pressure regulation on the blood product industry and continuously raised industry standards.The domestic blood product industry presents a trend of continuous mergers and acquisitions.Big fish swallows little fish--the strong bullies the weak to continuously eliminate the lagged output capacity enterprises,until ultimately forms several oligarchs and keeps up with the international market.BY company is a small and medium-sized pharmaceutical company,which specially engages in the research,production and sales of blood products.The company went public in 2012,and developed rapidly in recent years.It is obviously unique,fast growing and high technological.Under the background of medical reform,industry mergers and acquisitions and its own high-speed development the existing training system is not able to support the long-term strategy of the company.Taking the BY company as the research object,under the guidance of scientific theories,combining with practical work and questionnaire research,the author analyzes the current situation of the BY company's employee training system,finds the problems,and gives suggestions for optimizing the employee training system.The author wants to help the company reach the goal from the employee training aspect and provide ideas to the rapidly developed medium-sized enterprises in China to build up their training system.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background and significance,analyzes the reform environment which the medical enterprises face,concludes that the employee training is of importance and necessity to accelerate the construction of talent team and reach the strategic goal of the company.At the same time,this paper summarizes the research literature of domestic and foreign training research,which hopes to propose suitable countermeasures for the optimization of the BY company's training system.Secondly,this paper elaborates the basic concepts and related theories on training through the literature review,the detail includes: the concept of employee training,module of training system,characteristics of adult learning,method of training demand analysis.Thirdly,combining the general situation of BY company and the current training situation,the author designs and carries out the questionnaire inquiry,through the analysis of the questionnaire results,find out that the middle-level management staff and the marketing staff are lack of training and there are some problems in the training courses,management of trainer as well as the incentive of training.At last,the system optimization suggestions put forward from the three aspects,and finally five specific optimization strategies are formed to safeguard the measures the leadership level.
