At present,in order to further enhance the comprehensive strength of state-owned enterprises,the state is vigorously promoting enterprise reform.Enterprise staff is an important part of our enterprises,the cultivation of enterprise employees is the most important thing in the development of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a set of scientific and effective enterprise performance appraisal system to assist the training of staff.This paper mainly expounds from three parts1)enterprise staff performance appraisal uses mostly independent and simple assessment index weight assignment,leading to the assessment results can't objectively evaluate the enterprise employee's actual performance.We has been clear about the performance appraisal is the result of joint action by multiple factors.Through the establishment of enterprise employee performance appraisal model,we can improve the quality of evaluation.This model is composed of subjective assessment and objective assessment,with the method of quantitative,to improve the accuracy and comparability of evaluation results.According to the different appraisal purpose and examination of position,and weights of assessment of project configuration adjustment,this model can improve the scientific performance appraisal.2)in view of the current enterprise staff performance appraisal process,enterprise focus too much on the inspection process and result.In order to solve this problem,we put forward to analyse the results of the assessment by using the method of data processing.Fuzzy data processing as the core,set up the assessment results grading evaluation system,improve the credibility of evaluation results;using the method of data classification,the performance appraisal object is divided into multiple categories,and according to the characteristics of the appraisal object categories,for its allotted task or in the post adjustment,to give full play to their ability.3)After constructing the enterprise staff performance appraisal model,using computer high-level language programming,develops the appraisal system which uses for the appraisal staff performance.Each subsystem and function of the system are designed to ensure that the performance appraisal system can meet the needs of the enterprise?...
